Sea, Sax and Sun, or The Saxophonist
by Francis Delivré

Francis DELIVRÉ is drawn to the art of portraiture, which is also the art of capturing facial expressions and demeanor. Here, he depicts a saxophonist who is in love with music, captivated by her instrument—which tells its own story—and the world becomes magical. “See, Sax, and Sun”—and there you have it: a play on words that complements the interplay of forms.
